Claim or update your listing

Listings are free. If your business appears in the directory, you can claim it to correct details, add services and choose the suburbs you cover.

  1. Open your company page and select Claim This Listing.
  2. Send the listing URL, your name and role, and a way to confirm you represent the business (for example an email from your business domain).
  3. We check your licence and ABN against the public registers where we can, and update the listing.

Not listed yet? Submit your business with its ABN, the suburbs you service and, for physical security services, its licence number.

How licence information is shown

Every listing shows one licence status, based on what we have actually checked: Public-register match (matched on a state register, with the date and source shown), Licence number published (published by the business but not yet checked), No licence number published, Security licence not applicable (for example IT and cybersecurity services), Not matched to a register or Verification pending. Licence status can change, so always confirm it with the regulator before engaging a provider.

Featured placements may be paid positions. They provide visibility but are not recommendations or endorsements. A featured listing is always labelled "Featured", appears in a separate box above the list, and shows the same licence status as any other listing. Featured providers remain subject to the directory's listing and verification requirements. To ask about a featured placement for a claimed listing, use our contact form.

Corrections and removal

Anyone can use Report incorrect information on a provider page to tell us about a wrong phone number, website, suburb or category, licence details that need review, or a business that no longer operates. Business owners can also request removal there, or see our Privacy Policy.
